The construction company Metrostav a.s. added property development to its scope of business activities in 1995. Soon, it realised the potential of property development as well as the need to have a specialised team which would be solely focused on development yet with access to the other divisions. As a respond to discovered need, a fully independent company Metrostav Development a.s. was established in 2008 in order to cover all the development activities for the entire Metrostav Group.
Metrostav Development a.s. has from its establishment adopted a target to provide its clients with unique residential housing projects in the most interesting and valued localities.
