The solution is however not universal. We try to comply with our clients’ requirements regarding the functionality and design and offer each of them individual approach towards the matter.

Employees in the Customer Care Centre are ready to present to you the complete offer and discuss the possible treatments and standard and above-standard furnishings. The Centre is at your disposal until taking over of your new apartment/house. It is solely up to you and your imagination how your new ideal home will look like.
Each member of our team in the Customer Care Centre is ready to provide you with an advice, and furthermore, to guide you through the process of execution of the necessary treatments and modifications. He will represent you at the meeting with the estate agent and construction supplier. His main task is to protect your interest with regard to the agreed budget of the client modification and successful completion of the construction.
Within Skupiny Metrostav, we cooperate with subsidiary company METROS, s.r.o. which is responsible for the service and execution of client modifications.
