Palmovka Open Park 3

Administration building Palmovka Open Park 3 is located in Prague 8. The great advantage of this project is its close proximity to the city public transports and close connection to highway D8 and inner Prague circuit. A transparent atrium and roof terrace with a garden are the part of the project. The building offers total of 9 737 m2 of office areas and 103 parking places. The floor plans of individual stocks provide an ideal opportunity to combine an open space with closed offices. The scheduled date of completion of the building that was designed by the architectonic office Aulík Fišer architekti is April 2018.
