For this year’s Best of Realty 2018 Contest we were nominated with our Palmovka Open Park administrative project. 
It is an unusual connection of two new administrative buildings with a cultural heritage in the form of a revitalised industrial hall.

Byty Na Vackově – a new phase on sale now

We have launched sale of a new phase of our BYTY NA VACKOVĚ residential project in Prague 3. 

Five buildings along Malešická Street will offer the total of 342 apartments and studios and also 5 non-residential premises, all of these with the layout to 1 bedroom + kitchen corner to 5 bedrooms + kitchen corner. This new phase is a continuation of the already completed buildings along the Olgy Havlové, Rixdorfská, and Na Vackově Streets. The architectonically pure design comes from the studio of MS Architekti.

Between June and July, we have successfully completed the shell and core of the Rezidence Hadovitá residential project in Prague 4. 

 

The project now continues with windows, façade system, roof insulation etc.

Palmovka Open Park 4 - commissioning

Within the frame of the Palmovka Open Park administrative project we have successfully commissioned the first building, Palmovka Open Park 4.

 

The entire project will significantly contribute to development of the Palmovka metro station surroundings. The vicinity of Palmovka benefits from the strategically advantageous position, thanks to which it is becoming a key location and another significant commercial and residential hub in Prague. 

 

 

Palmovka Open Park follows the already completed and fully occupied projects of Palmovka Park 1 and Palmovka Park 2. 

 

The architectonic design for the project was prepared by the Aulík Fišer architekti studio.

Palmovka Open Park – a new showroom

A brand new showroom opened within the frame of the Palmovka Open Park Project. 

 

On this occasion, we met our first lessees to have their headquarters in this modern administrative facility. The showroom is to serve potential clients and the public to get familiarised with the details of the entire project, and learn more details about the location of Palmovka as such.

Palmovka Open Park – project close to completion

Our administrative project of “Palmovka Open Park”, which is located in the near vicinity of the Palmovka metro station in Prague 8, is nearing its completion. 

The new project follows the already completed and fully occupied projects of Palmovka Park 1 and Palmovka Park 2.
 

The Palmovka Open Park Project offers the total of 25 500 m2 leasable commercial premises in the buildings of Palmovka Open Park 3, Palmovka Open Park 4 as well as the unique building of Palmovka Open Park 0, a revitalised factory hall of the original Horák a Hlava machine plant, which is a technical and cultural heritage. All lessees in the buildings of POP 3 and POP 4 will be able to use the spacious roof terraces with greenery and a magnificent outlook of the Prague Castle.
