Metrostav Development and its employees are helping again
Based on the unprecedented interest on the part of out employees, we decided to organise yet again a voluntary beneficial collection and just like last year we supported the non-profit organisation of The Way Home (Cesta domů).
Specifically, employees were contributing this year to the equipment of the relief services accommodation section and Metrostav Development donated the same amount that was collected directly from the employees.
Thus, we were pleased to hand over to the representative of the non-profit organisation of Cesta domů a symbolic cheque for the amazing CZK 169 600.

The Na Vackově Apartments Project is a part of the Na Vackově Residential Park in Prague 3, with 50% currently sold out.
Vackov is a peaceful part of upper Žižkov and within the frame of the Na Vackově Apartments Project there are the total of 347 apartments, studios, and non-residential premises originating.
Construction of the total of five residential houses proceeds fast.

Within the Na Vackově Apartments Project, the last two buildings, marked A4 and A5, were cleared for sale as well.
Currently, the entire Na Vackově Apartments residential project in Prague 3 is for sale. It consists of five buildings along the Malešická Street and offers the total of 342 apartments and studios and also 5 non-residential premises, all of that at the layout of 1-roomed to 5-roomed open-plan kitchen-living room. This new stage follows the already completed buildings along the Olgy Havlové, Rixdofrská and Na Vackově Streets.
The author of the architectonically pure design is the MS Architekti Studio.

Hadovitá Residence – commissioning
The Hadovitá Residence residential project succeeded in acquiring the commissioning approval.
The new construction is being erected at the Michle slope in Prague 4. The Project consists of three buildings, which naturally copy the sloped terrain and thanks to the segmentation give the sense of elegance and timelessness.
The project was designed by the Arx Studia architects.

The Palmovka Open Park administrative project short after being commissioned and having acquired the prestigious award of the Best of Realty 2018 in the category of New administrative projects celebrated the launching of its operation!
The festive opening of the entire project took place in the unique revitalised factory hall of the original Horák a Hlava machine plant, which is a technical national heritage. A unique opportunity thus occurred to open the project and showcase the exceptional premises of this piece of technical heritage.
The festive opening was lit by the lights used to illuminate the project buildings façade and simultaneously in the hall itself the lights accentuated the beauty of the vaulted trusses, the whole area amplifying this project’s genius loci.
